listen to the music of things not actually considered musical today (i.e. spoons hitting the bottom of the bowl, each step that hits the pavement... or ice, fingers typing on a keyboard, a cough, a whisper). Which one do you think is true: music is life or life is music?
Look at someone today, while they aren't looking back at you... and try to figure out what is going on in their lives. Why do they look the way they do? Why do they look tired or awake, bored or upbeat, happy or sad... You might be suprised to figure out something about them even without them telling you anything.
Look around at your life today. Why are the things that are happening actually happening? How is everything that is happening related? What is the central theme of your life? Then look forward and realize how you can apply what is happening today to help with tomorrow.
